Calling all artisans and merchants to the best and biggest holiday bazaar in scenic Snoqualmie…
Excitement and interest are building for the annual community-wide craft fair sponsored by the Mount Si High School PTSA. We’re as busy as Santa’s elves setting up a bigger and better venue to showcase your talents and products!
Date and Time: Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Place: Mount Si High School, 8651 Meadowbrook Way S.E., Snoqualmie
Fee: Sign up early and save! Early Bird Registration (2/1/2012-8/31/2012)--$35 Regular Registration (8/31/2012-10/15/2012 or until space runs out)--$40
PUBLICITY:
Donation of Raffle Item: One item for our raffle, worth not less than $25, must be provided to MSHS PTSA with your registration or by September 30, 2012, whichever is later. We plan to post pictures of raffle prizes on our website as they come in, along with a link to your website—great publicity for your booth and your business! Raffle ticket sales will begin at Wildcat Days in late August. We will be selling 5000 tickets. Please have your customers contact us to order tickets. When you send in your registration, include your website and email pics of your products to us for us to post on our website!
Posting of Flyers: We will provide you with a flyer to be posted in your business (for those of you who have a physical place of business) via e-mail unless you do not have an e-mail address in which case we will send you one via snail mail. Remember, these flyers are essential to ensuring good traffic for ValleyFest! We will be posting in businesses around North Bend, Snoqualmie, and Fall City, but the more the merrier! E-mail the flyer to your customer list, your friends, etc.
Space is limited—register early! We will limit duplication of products. We will not be accepting applications from commercial jewelry or candle vendors, since we have an ample supply of locally made products.
Your talents and products will help make this annual event a success once again!
MSHS PTSA serves the more than 1500 students of Mount Si High School and their parents. Money earned from ValleyFest is used for PTSA activities, such as teacher grants and student support.
